Floor Plan

Assign a Sales Floor Name and Description under File, Program Setup, Mall.

Indicate to whom space is assigned, the periodic rent for space and the date from which to start computing rent due.

The far right column of the table shows which Consignors have asked for each space. The Consignors are listed in order of date of request with the oldest listed first. BCSS does not require the user to choose a Consignor from this list when assigning the space to a new occupant.

When a new occupant is chosen from the drop-down waiting list, that person is removed from the list.

BCSS will always provide ten blank spaces below the specified Floor Plan Layout when Mall Setup is opened.

If ten are used, close the window and come back. Ten more blank spaces will have been added.
