All editions of BCSS print Sales Receipts on letter-sized paper.

BCSS Deluxe, Diamond and Virtual print receipts on 3" roll paper using the POS-X EVO Thermal Receipt Printer and the Epson Receipt Printer.

Print Multiple Receipts

Additional copies of the sales receipt may be printed by selecting Print Sale in the Sales Work-Area Menu.

• If a document printer is selected in Program Setup (Printers) for printing sales receipts, 'Print Sale' will present a print preview of the full-page sales receipt. Click the print icon to print the receipt.
• If a receipt printer is selected in Program Setup (Printers), 'Print Sale' will print a copy of the sales receipt.

The POS-X XR210 Receipt Printer and the Epson Receipt Printer are impact (dot matrix) printers which can accommodate multi-ply receipts for copies. (These impact printers have been phased out for use with BCSS because thermal printers cost less to purchase and use (no ink ribbon) and print silently.)

Custom Messages on 3" Receipts

Note: Any string of 50 characters or less entered into the Email and Website fields in Program Setup (General tab) will appear on 3" sales receipts. You could enter messages, like 'All Sales Final', for example.
