About BCSS Support

Reputable software should sell for one price which include bugs fixes and updates. There should be no hidden or ongoing fees. We adhere to that policy. Since our inception in 2002, we have not only not raised prices; we have lowered them.

We have been able to keep prices to a minimum because our users know to call Bill Gates for Windows help, call hardware providers for hardware help, and they read our written documentation when they have a question about how to use BCSS.

If you need assistance with learning the program, please refer to the Tutorial (under Help in BCSS) and press F1 to access the manual. If you can't find an answer to your question, please email us. Most of the time you'll get an answer quicker than waiting for a returned phone call.

Our phone lines are reserved for sales calls and paid telephone support. If you must have or prefer to have personal phone assistance for 'how to questions' and technical assistance, please purchase phone tutoring.
