PPSS Inventory

In PPSS, inventory broadly includes items pawned, bought, redeemed, forfeited and sold. It includes items purchased for resale.

(Consignment items are listed in the Inventory Work Area in the Consignment Mode of PPSS Diamond and 24k. See About Consignment.)

When you're entering inventory, if you want to print a Buy-Outright Ticket (because you need to record the transaction, from whom the item was purchased, etc.), use the New-Pawn feature (F4), check 'Buy This Item Outright' and on the same screen, press 'Save, Preview, Print Pawn Ticket' to print a copy of the transaction.

If you are entering retail inventory, use Retail New (F6) and enter information about the item. This screen will not capture information about the source of the item.
