Disbursements in PPSS refers to any form of payment made by the shop and includes cash and checks.

If you use QuickBooks with PPSS, always issue checks, not cash or credit, so QuickBooks and PPSS will always agree. This is a limitation of QuickBooks that we can't remedy.
